Pest Infestation Recovery

Project Info

Project Description

This Ficus microcarpa was invaded by a larva of Phauda flammans. Our client sought our help to cure this pest problem on 27/5/2021. There was around 40% of leaves being eaten up by the larva during the initial inspection. We performed the specific soil revitalization treatment for the tree and tried to improve the water retention and other components in the soil which is essential for the tree’s health. After three weeks (18/6/2021), you could see the significant effect of our works. The vigor of this tree was improved and there are no more larva and moths found in the tree during the reinspection.
